    Hi all,

im planning on doing a full review of my 1520 when i get it. :D

Just a few questions though, what benchmark software should i use to show off its abilitys?

i was going to use the following to benchmark:
    • 3d Mark 06
    • 3d Mark 01se
    • PC Mark 05
    • AquaMark 3
    • HD Tune
    • Super Pi
    • wPrime
    • Rivatuner Temps
    • Windows Experience Index Score

and the following games measureing how High/Med/Low settings affect the FPS (w/fraps), plus give my personal best playable settings:
    • Counter Strike Source
    • Half Life 2 Ep 2
    • Battle Field 2
    • Quake 4
    • Unreal Tornament 3
    • Call Of Duty 4
Anything else you guys would like to see in this review, or anything that shouldnt be in it?

    Cheers :)

Add wPrime to the benchmark list, and make sure that you use FRAPs benchmarks for the games and/or FRAPs screenshots.

wPrime for sure for the CPU. wPrime takes advantage of dual CPU cores and has supplanted SuperPi as the CPU benchmark of choice (search Bye Bye Super Pi on this forum to find out more about it). SuperPi still has its uses and is well known, but wPrime is preferred for multi-core processors.

I'd use 3dmark05 instead of 3dmark01se. 3dmark05 is still used fairly commonly, especially in low-end GPU's, whereas 3dmark01 is only seen when 3dmark 06, 05, and 03 are also used. The scores on 3dmark01 would be ridiculous, anyways.

Also, temps from RivaTuner when idle and when playing games would be nice.
