Ok to begin with let me outline my issue
I have an inspiron 1520 which had a faulty LCD, and recently came to know that it was the wrong resolution lcd too.

Dell sent some one to replace my LCD today, technician was absolutely stupid.
he had just come out of training and handled my new notebook very badly.
Furthermore they installed a completely wrong LCD!, It should be an LG one of resolution 1680x1050 but they gave me the Samsung of only 1280x800.

What can i ask from Dell as an incentive for all the time ive wasted going through there unnecessary troubleshooting steps and calling them up again and again for hours.

Yea, I'd ask for a lot, that is ridiculous. Always easier to ask for more and back down a bit. :)

They didnt give me anything at all ¬¬..
They said the incentive was that they are sending a technican out even though i have a Collect and return warranty.
And now ive found another fault. Its freezing whilst playing games.
I wish i never let that grubby techncian put my hands on my notebook,
although i agreed for another technican to be sent out to replace the lcd for the second time and also replace the graphics card.
Could i demand a replacement instead?

In response to the giftcard, I asked them, they said no we dont do that.
