What do I need to downgrade to XP on my Studio 1537?

It's arriving next week and I want to be able to downgrade to XP straight away before putting anything else on...

What do I need? DO you have to have XP on CD ROM? Can it be downloaded?

    Cheers

You will need a means of installing Windows XP (usually an installation disk), a valid license for the OS, and the appropriate Windows XP drivers. It IS possible to download XP, but this is almost always illegal, and should not be discussed on this board. You will most likely have to go out and buy a copy. As for the drivers, you should take a look around this board and the Internet to see if anyone else has upgraded to XP, and if so, see what drivers he or she used.
