Just re-installing everything on my XPS m1530, under Vista Home Premium 32bit.

Found these two on the Dell drivers site, just wondering what they do, and if I should install them ?

If you click on their name it gives you more information about them.

You need the first one I believe, the second one includes wallpapers and Vista Dreamscene backgrounds(for Vista Ultimate) for Product(RED) that came with the special edition Product(RED) laptops.

    Hello,

My name is Mike, I’m a Technical Analyst at Dell corporate headquarters in Round Rock, TX. I’m part of an internet outreach team developed to interact with the online community regarding technical questions and issues that customers face with Dell products.

The first driver circled, Notebook System Software, is an important driver. In fact, it should be the first driver installed (even before the chipset.) You can find a list of the driver installation order here.

The second driver, as SpeedyMods pointed out, is more for aesthetics and OS customization than anything else. You can choose to install it if you wish, but it serves no immediate system functionality purpose.
