My Actual Shipment Date is 18/3/08

does this mean its the day i should receive it or the day it left the factory?

on the "carrier" website it says

    18/03/08 17:00 RAHEEN DEPARTED EMF.
    18/03/08 12:29 CALL LOCK OUT.

the hell does all that mean?

    For Future Reference:

Actual Shipment Date = date the notebook was shipped
Estimated Shipment Date = proposed date that the notebook would be shipped
