The one on Dell's website is quite old, and I can't find a compatable one on nVidia's site. Is there a way to get around the incompatability issues? Or is there a driver that will actually work with it.

There is laptopvideo2go.com or tweaksrus.com. If you want drivers that are optimized for quality/performance go for the XG drivers (tweaksrus.com). Both are good sites. Personally I use XG tweaked 84.37.

I think the big preference is 84.56 v 2.40 from the tweaksrus website. :)
