    Is it like a complete 3 year warranty for you laptop?
    I'm going to get the M1330 and I'm wondering if it's worth the extra price.

    So if my laptop breaks or any part of it malfunctions within the three year period, Dell will repair or replace the laptop with no extra charge right? How comprehensive is the DellCare Value?

    Dell warranties are the best in the business. Dell XPS warranties are twice as good as the normal warranties. If they say they will have someone to fix it next day, they will. They dont question your word and put the customer first and foremost.

    I'll have a tech soon to replace my LCD and all I had to do was tell them I had dead pixels, no other questions were asked, the Dell support guy called me and arranged a new LCD without me even calling, I contacted them through e-mail. I wasn't expecting it to be that easy
