    What happened to the Inspiron 1705 with the geforce 7800?

    I had decided to get the inspiron 1705 with the geforce 7800 video card. Today I log on to place the order and the geforce 7800 is gone, and it's replaced with an ATI x1400. Does anyone know why? Does anyone know if the 7800 will be back?

    The other problem is that the inspiron coupons expire in 3 days! This is a huge bummer for me. If anyone has any advice, please let me know. Otherwise I will get stuck with a significantly less powerful machine for the same price, or even a bit more. :(

    Well the 7800 Go was taken off by Dell because they are back-ordered severly. I believe it will be an option again when they are off of back-order.

    The coupons expire on Thursday, but more will be released that same day. The promotions only last a week.

    My advice would be to wait until the 7800 comes back.
