    What is Truelife and is it worth delaying my Vostro for it?

    I see that's it is anti-reflective coating but is it worth it?

    If I remember correctly Truelife is the glossy coating thats annoying because it reflects light, now they may have changed the terminology but it was like that when I bought my E1505 a year ago

    "TrueLife" means glossy. Some find it annoying because of the reflections, but the picture is much sharper, and the contrast is better. If you're going to be in an area with strong lighting, you might want anti-glare/matte, but if you think you can avoid it, glossy is pretty nice.

    I like my truelife screen. Just don't be an idiot and put your back against the sun or window. If you are an "outdoor laptoper" then...it will be reflection city so find some shade or go inside.
