I was just wondering how the “MobilMeter” works, what is the normal temperature parameters?

    My notebook specs:
    HP Pavilion zx5000 (COT)
    - Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 3.00 GHz w/HT
    - 15.4" WXGA BrightView Widescreen(1280x800)
    - 128MB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM) 9600
    - 512MB DDR SDRAM (2x256MB)
    - 40 GB 4200 RPM Hard Drive
    - 12 Cell Lithium Ion Battery

Yesterday I installed MobilMeter and I was on the line 3 hours, first 2-hours w/battery and 1-hour plugged in. After 3-hours MobilMeter test reading was:
    Frequency: 3.00Ghz
    Temperature: 56.0 C
    Discharge Rate: 0.00 W
    HDD: 39.0 C

Is this normal or what is the normal result for zx5000 ?
    Thanks in advance.
