Dell has already ended their promotion (26/6) in Singapore. I intend to buy XPS 1210 but not now.How regretful I'm when its price increases terribly after promotion. I know Dell has special offers every week. So, according to you, what is the best time to buy Dell between middle of July and beginning of August?

ahh Singapore...i miss there...I have to go to Arab Street and get me some silk this time...dah sorry went off on a tangent there

Okay when is it the best time to buy a dell? Well to be honest, my guess would be the "back to school time" and the "high holy holidays" (ie Christmas). Now I am guessing that the Singapore school system is similar to that of the Australian system in terms when school is held; from Feb/Mar to December. So from the way it seems (if that were the case) Christmas time would be the best time

Keep in mind though, this is just my opinion...and from what I have noticed with Dell Canada...they're always "sales"...so when you see something to your advantage...take it...and after you do...don't look again because there may be a better deal that would have come out further down the road which would cause you to have buyers remorse
