This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     What is this process: clclean.0001 on E1405

    I've deleted this from the hard drive, and terminated the process, but it keeps bouncing back.

    I have an E1405 and I have uninstalled most of the Dell junkware that came with the laptop, but I have not reinstalled WinMCE from scratch.

    I'm not quite sure what it is, but I don't like random processes running, and those that keep running after i've deleted the executable.

    BTW, the file is only "clclean.0001" and does not have a ".exe" extension. Searching the internet did not reveal anything too enlightening. Have I caught something or is this some more junk from Dell?
