My Hyundai pc2 4200 533 MHZ 512mbx2 runs at 45C to 50C.
I used I8kfangui to find out the temperature.
Anyone knows if the temperature will increase significantly if I use PC2 5300/5400 667MHZ Ram(s)?

I'm not sure if it will increase with different speeds or not. My guess is that it would, but at the same time, you might notice it because of the design of the Inspirons.
My RAM slots are the hottest part on my laptop. Sometimes, it is burning to the touch because of the location of them as well as you don't get much ventilation there. -
I was wondering if different Ram speed will make the heat any worse/better.
I'm also interested if there is a difference between manufacturers. -
Any temp differences in 533-667 or different brands it going to be negligible. You won't notice any difference for the most part

Ok thanks.
What is your E1505's memory temperature?
