    I am trying to look at the prices for aftermarket RAM upgrades but dont know what to look for. Can any 1 help? thanks :)

    Either 667Mhz DDR 2 So-Dimm, or 533Mhz DDR 2 So-Dimm. What did you select when you brought it? If you buy 667Mhz and the other is 533, it will just run at 533 :)
