    CMO or Toshiba? It seems a lot of people are getting CMO screens ever since that $799 off deal came out.

    TOSHIBA - received mine two days ago. Very nice screen, colors pop, although there is a tiny bit of noise (only noticeable on white backgrounds) when compared to the LG CCFL Screen for the 1330. I will post a new thread with some comparison shots between the two in the next day or so.

    I got a CMO, but I have no complaints, I can see a bit of grain if I look real hard, but if I hadn't been reading complaints on this site I would never have noticed.

    A tech came over today and replaced my CMO with a Toshiba MONITOR\LCD2306. It looks pretty good... it doesn't flicker at the lowest brightness and no more white horizontal lines!

    I don't get it. You guys say "The screen is really nice, but it's pretty grainy."

    So...basically what you're doing is complaining about something you state as being "nice."

    BTW, what does "nice" mean to you guys when you say that about your so called "grainy" screens?
