I have a Canon MultiPass 370 hooked via 2.0 USB and when I print it looks like the real thing, I also refill the cartridges from the bottom onto the sponge which holds the ink. IMO Dell notebooks can capture hires images for I have a lot of them burned to CD-R. I bring them up when I want to print another thru the Dell I 8600C notebook the latest edition. I use it to burn, store, and print full DVD covers, inserts, and disc labels and they look like a retail!
What is the name and model you use?[]

what an odd question. anyways, i have an HP 990C and HP 6L. 990C does a great job and I've had the 6L forever in computer world (5 years) and it is flawless. the quality of your output isn't your laptop though. and the quality of image captures isn't your laptop either, it's your camera.

I printed up 3 retails today for the crappy snappers of Warner Bros and mine look just like theirs, with rounded corners from a EK Sucess corner puncher.
Poster if you thought it was a odd question why did you respond to it?

note, i didn't say it was a stupid question, i said it was an odd question. i haven't seen it asked before so i replied with what i have. now, i amend my last post, by saying that the printer reproduces the original image as best it can. i bought the 990C back in 2001 and it does great pictures. not bad for a 3 year old. i just never have used it to print lots of pictures though. it seems too easy to just bring my disc to a shop and get them printed out. then again, the 990C wasn't a photo only printer.

To date from July of 2003 I have printed over 3,700+ DVD covers, inserts, and disc labels all coming out as good as retail. I have a USB 2.0 and Canon 370 MultiPass, I have just printed the DVD covers for Innerspace, Diner, their inserts, and the full page insert of "The Day After Tomorrow". I constantly scan and burn to discs thousands and thousands of regular and custom covers, for my backups.
To trade Criterion and other OOP covers for other covers or DVD discs, that I need or want, and I don't sell any I am a trader not a seller.[]
