I was wondering if anybody has any knowledge of what processes are needed to run a system? I wanna be able to scrap a lot of the processes I have on my system, because I'll be able to get more performance out of it. The processes are in the attached picture.

Ok, I see alot of bloat processes in there that you might not need, but I recommend you disable them from services (Run --> services.msc) and startup (Run --> Msconfig --> Startup tab) so that they won't reappear everytime you boot your computer.
When disabling startup items you'll be able to tell most of the time which one you need and which ones you don't, so you can uncheck those. If you come across one where you don't know its function, just google it up and see what it is.
