    What question does dell ask when you can to know about your order?

    First time with dell...

    I got the order number, dont have my CC number, so let me know what they ask for i think order number should be enough?

    The worse thing that could happen is they ask you for more information...

    You need your order number and the purchaser name. With that little information, they will do nearly everything with your order.
