I have $100 Dell concession coupon to spend for my M1330. What shall I buy?

    A 24" monitor, z-5500, or G5 mouse are what I'm thinking of...

    what are your suggestions?

I bought a Zalman cooler and a Kensington lock with my $50. With $100 i would get the Zalman and a VX revolution, or other mouse. I love my VX revo, but it is the first higher end mouse i have ever had, so i have little to compare to.

I also have one of these concession coupons but it can only be used at the EPP site, and cannot be used for phone purchases. The second part itself makes no sense to me, but oh well... What is particularly disconcerting is that when it comes to accessories, the EPP site is consistently more expensive than the Home Office site. None of the sales that are being offered on items on Home Office are being applied to the same items on EPP. So in essence I will get less bang for my coupon-buck.

Since I'm moving out of the country, I'm thinking it would be good to get one of those Belkin messenger bags - has anyone on here used one of those yet? I wonder how large and bulky the 15.4" version is...

Perhaps also a simple mouse and keyboard:

Also a small surge protector would be a good idea, and this one comes with a USB hub which can be handy:

I wish it would give a protection rating, although I don't remember how much protection I should be looking for.

Lastly, a set of decent, but not too powerful external speakers may be nice, but I don't really know where to start. I read that the USB powered Logitech V20s are surprisingly not too bad:
