Just out of curiosity. I have heard from some people that they use UPS, some say it is FedEx, and a few people have even told me DHL.

I'm pretty sure Walsh Western doesn't ship to Jacksonville, FLA. :p

It's always been FedEx in my past experiences with Dell shipping.

Yes Walsh Western is not the final carrier, not even when they are involved in the supply chain, they more than often use other carriers for "the final mile" or whatever. For the US I believe it is Fedex. UPS is used when the parcel is under a specified size / weight; I believe this is due to cost advantages of one over the other.

I had a friend who had buddies who worked the night shift at DHL. They tell me horrible stories about how they treat packages, how they steal merchandise based on weight/size/whats on the box, and they get away with all of it. They said sometimes when they're bored they throw boxes around, competing with eachother how hard/far they can throw boxes. They said fragile/this side up types of message on the box are pointless. He told me the DHL management/security was terrible versus FedEx's where he used to work.

Anyways, I'm assuming thats how you "lost" your stuff on 3 occasions -_-.

It will be the same the world over. Some people are honest, hard working and reliable, some people are not. Companies employ both types. DHL, FedEx, UPS, whatever.

It's how quickly they can remove these people from their companies; and that is likely to vary from depot to depot because just as you get good workers and bad workers on the shop floor, you also get bad managers and good managers. It goes right up the food chain I'm afraid.
