Dell links are broken for me and the buttons do not work with my itunes. The other thing that gets me is the sound buttons do not work in games, front or function keys.

They work without the plugin to a certain extent, you cant assign Play and Pause to the same button without the plugin, atleast I couldn't get it working.I haven't tried this before installing the plugin , but I don't think the buttons work when the player is minimized or out of focus without the plugin.. just a guess

For most other players QuickSet is enough.

go to support.dell.com and select downloads for your particular model or try this. (for i6400, however I think QuikSet installer is common for all models)
For iTunes a quick search turned up this thread at DELL support forums, there is a link to a program called MultiPlugin for iTunes, don't know whether that works or not.

This one works great for my m1210

    Download this file

    Extract it to C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins

or whatever your Winamp installation folder is

Open Winamp...buttons work instantly! No need to config!
