I emailed them recenty asking them what their relationship with Dell is, and they claimed to be a Dell reseller of factory sealed models and returned/cancelled orders. They trade via an Ebay store (hence my concern) and are based in Newcastle, England. Here are some links I found about them:

Those specs would cost me £1,200 on Dell's website, there or thereabouts. So you can see why I am interested in availing of EComputers services, given the Vista capable specs and the outstanding price. In my correspondence with them via email, they assure me it comes with a 100% original Dell 1 year CAR warranty, Vista Home Premium express upgrade and all relevant leads, cables and documentation, etc, just as when you buy from Dell themselves.
