What’s more accurate the customer service number ? With the annoying “okay I have some important information for you. You need to write this down….” Why do I need to write down that my *&X0 laptop is still in BOXING!

OR the customer service (no service) status page?

Well according to the CSR I spoke with last night the status line is crap. I was in boxing on the 28th and when I received my "delay" email it had a ship date of 9/16. The CSR told me in chat that my unit was still in production and it would be a 9 day wait for the CPU. Chat log details are in the 1520 midnight blue waiting room thread, p.21.
