US residents get like $400 off or more. And Canadian residents only get $100 at most. If there's even any.
It's crazy that someone in the States is paying only say $700 for a very decent system. But another guy in Canada opting for the same EXACT system has to pay $1000+. That's just absurd! What's with this bull****?

well they (companies) claim its the "weak dollar" a poor excuse. Just like the book and magazine fiasco... we have no access to american prices any more so they can jip us.
-
...Lenovo gives us pretty decent coupon deals.
-
Yea i noticed that about the Canadian coupons too. Im waiting for the back to school specials hopefully dell will have the studio 1535 on sale or a free upgrade or something
-
I got an awesome deal on my m1530 a few days ago (see sig). Usually the same config is almost 2K.
-
Yeah especially if you buy through visaperks.ca. You get 5% off for paying with a visa card, free shipping and there's often an additional 10% coupon on top of that.
-
Believe me, in the USA, they are all stinky deals. Sure theres 500 bucks off, but its nothing compared to the 25% off coupon that lasted for almost two months. All the deals arnt that great.
-
Those "stinky deals" are still better than what we get. If yours are stinky, ours are pure garbage.
I was hoping for a nice Canada Day sale to order the XPS 1530, but that went down the drain. Crap deals. AGAIN.
-
Yup. I've been checking out the new Studio 17 line and nada... no deals at all.
And those for Inspiron and XPS are nothing great either. -
There are no Studio deals anywhere in the US or outside of the US. You can be sure of that! Its new, and thats the price you pay. US only has deals for Inspiron line, but who cares? XPS doesnt have any good deals that bring it down to a reasonable price.
I guess at least Canadians get the LED backlit now and options like to of the line processors for the Studio like the T9500 and 7200RPM hard drive options that the US doesnt.
What's the deal with crappy coupons for Canadians?
