What-to-do-dilemma : What laptop?

I still dont know what to buy.
i like laptops such as alienware, sager etc.. but in spain
they are not avaible and i need them by finance
so this ones i forget about.

so i have 3 Laptop in mind:

1. Dell XPS
===============
I absolutly love this Laptop
it ranks highest amongst my wishes.
but there is 2 problems.

---First problem----
Is not avaible in spain yet
i have to wait 1-2 months

solution: I have to be pacience
and i dont like that

---Second problem-----

I have to finance it can't aford pay cash
the permission to stay in spain expire April 2005
and have to be renewed (that can take months)
Dell finance probaly refuse to give me finance
if my permission expire April 2005.

possible solution:

try apply for renewal of permission right now
but still that would delay the shopping after christmas

or try to apply for a 48hours cash-loan (probaly expensive)
but they probaly deny too because my permision expire 2005.

which mean if i go for Dell i have to renew my
permission asap to get finance.

2. HP pavillion Zd7000 serie
=================================
i'm talking about the one with 100Gb hardisk
1024 mb DDmemory and a Geforce 5700 graphic card.

This one i can get financed easy at a shopping center
they told me does not matter my permission to stay
in spain expire only I buy Laptop before it expire.
they charge me only 3% for finance it so i am happy about that.

---- Only problem ---------

Is not so powerful as Dell Xps
and the Zd8000 is just around the corner.

I could wait for Zd8000 or Dell xps or get
zd7000 and live happy even after i dunno ???

3. Toshiba Qosmio G10-105
=================================
This one would probaly be the closest
i get to Zd8000 or Dell
is avaible here in spain
but the store that sells Zd7000 dosnt have it.
I can play Tv and Dvd without booting windows
by just tickling a smale button.
the design is pretty silver

---- Only problem ---------
Have to wait not avabile at my shopping center
and i dont have warranty it will be either.
which mean is a risk to wait

I am so confused what to do.
Next week i have to decide :

Shopping center give me free Hp warranty
plus 1 year free insurance (i can buy 3 more years)
if i drop laptop or it get stolen its remplaced imediately
by the storecenter.
But since people have been terrible Abusing this wonderful
innsurance.

The Shopping center Will reduce free insurance
from one year to half year (and i can only buy 1 and half year more)

This change in insurance will take place 25 November
so i have to get the Laptop before that they said
if i wish 1 year insurance or 3 years extended.

This wonderful oportunity only involve HP
since Toshiba qosmio is not avaible yet and They dont sell dell.

So i dont know realy what to do.

First--- I love Dell XPS most of all but is seem impossible get now.
Second--- I begin liking Toshiba qosmio design more
Third--- I feel sad if i miss the long insurance on shopping center
about the HP pavillion.

This leave me with a "what-to-do-dilemma"

If i get any of this laptops is for atleast 3 years of use
so most of them (probaly except xps) will be outdated after 2 years.

I would get the HP Pavilion zd8000. I would much trust HP over Dell. I hate the way that Dell works. And, especially the customer service. I would hate to see what they would say if your laptop would break. So, I would get the HP zd8000; and it is very powerful! Plus, the reviews on the HP's are much better than the Dells!
