Im not sure if it has been talked about yet but dell is no longer doing the $250 off. Now you have to pay the full price and then send in a rebate to save the $250.
And to make things look even worse, you can check a box that makes it so YOU DONT GET THE REBATE.
I mean... Why would ANYONE want to do that?
Has dell done this before or is this a first? I really hope this goes away. If not, then I definitely wont be able to get one.

dell changes their pricing and discount strategies continuously. none of the their deals are meant to be perpetual. they usually last about a week or until a maximum number of uses is reached. there will be some other deal/discount tomorrow or the next day, or the next, etc.
-
like drumfu said they change alot.
Are you talking about the discount that is on Dell's website? It might be beneficial to have the option to check it off cause the coupons that we have on our site aren't usually stackable, so you can either use the 250 off or the coupon. I don't think you can get both. -
Well thats just it. When it was $250 off instantly, you did get both.
And even if you can get both the coupon discount and the rebate, its still just as much as before. Except now you have to pay more at the end and you will have to wait to get that money back... -
Give it a week, it'll change.

Yeah, it sure will change but who knows??? Maybe this time they change the coupons to be mail-in rebate types as well!!!!
What... Mail in rebate?!
