    It really depends on you're specs...
    I've heard dell's ESDs are either accurate or an overestimate...

    It depends, someone who ordered 4 days ago just got boxed. I ordered the 20th and im in boxing now, will get either Friday or Monday

    Now seems the time to bite. Still iffy on 9 cells though, as I hear about delays for them being thrown around

    I got my 1530 six days after I ordered it.

    The only special things in my order were the LED LCD screen and the 9 cell battery.

    The 6 cell battery and the 1680x1050 screen both have delays...

    by the same token, I think that is close to the norm. Once I got my notebook I all but stopped even visiting Notebook Review so it may be a case of the worst in delays being made known on the forums and the happy campers are busy with their notebooks.

    But you will be quite satisfied with it once it arrives! :)

    Yeah, I ordered the 9 cell when I heard about the 6 cell delays. It was worth it in the long run, I'm getting 5 and a half hours of battery life.

    I should have ordered a 9 cell, and traded it for a 6. I wanted a 9 for faster shipping, but I don't like how it sticks out and stuff.

    The order staus online and on the phone isn't necessarily up to the minute. It might have transmitted to the carrier already and you won't see the status update until later.

    Don't give up yet.

    I keep waiting for my tracking info to show up. I have the tracking number, but it doesn't yet show up on DHL's site. I'm sure it'll make it tomorrow, but I'll feel better when I actually see some progress.

    I kinda think im doomed for a Tuesday delivery. I mean thats getting it before my ESD and I deserve to wait and you dont anymore. But I am on day 4 of boxing so I think I should get to ship :-D
