    When we return a laptop do we pay for shipping?

    And how much does the shipping cost in canada?

    you should not have to .. call them and normally they will send you a call tag to drop it off or have it picked up by who ever your normal carrier is there

    If you're returning a laptop that is faulty then Dell picks up the return shipping. If you're returning a laptop because you aren't happy with it, and nothing is "wrong" with the laptop, then Dell still gives you shipping labels, but that cost of shipping is deducted from your refund.

    NO you dont need to pay anything for any shipments, just call dell and will give you a shipping waybill number for that....

    dell is really good about this. just call and they will take the bill for everything ship wise

    not necessarily. SirWells was right in what he said about the reasoning where one reason will let you avoid a shipping cost and the other will cause you to incur a shipping cost. when you call, be sure to tell them that you are unsatisfied with it for performance and hardware reasons, not just because "you don't like it" for example. that will ensure that they do only in fact send you the shipping label without charging you.

    as anythin goes though, if you are unsure call and speak to a Dell rep to get a better understanding.
