This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    When's the next Studio line refresh likely to be?

    Hi there.

    I'm at that awkward and frustrating time where I have money to buy a laptop, but want to wait until the next refresh of the Studio line. About two years ago I bought a Studio laptop, and the month after the line was completely updated...which was pretty gutting.

    I would like to avoid that this time around. When do you think both/either the 17inch or 15 inch models are likely to be updated (not just small changes, think major update or so).

    Any idea?
