Apparently my package was shipped according to the status in "My Account", but it's still saying "In production" under the "order status" page. Weird..anyway, where can I find the tracking number? This is Canadian, if that mankes any difference. Thanks!

I talked with a CSR online today about it and got the tracking number. Now when i put the number ont he purolator site, it says its not there and I have to call the 1-888 number of purolator about it. (Im at work, cant call at the moment)
