    Where do I see what stage of production my laptop is in?

    I am at the order status screen, and I click on my Dell Purchase ID, and it shows nothing useful on the page it takes me to.
    Where do I see what stage or production it is in? Such as kitting, testing, building, boxing, ect?

    WOW I just called and that thing told me that my laptop was shipped on February 1999 !!! 9 years ago ! lol. I am wondering if there is any number for Canadians ?

    Not sure if there is a canadian number, I would assume not since the one posted here doesnt work for you though.
