    Where is the "scroll-lock" on Dell Inspiron 15?

    There is no scroll lock button, nor num lock, nor pause/break (which is sometimes the same key as scroll lock).

    You could try the following to remap some keys, or google around a bit to find something that is not quite so permanent. link

    It is a pain, but it's not unusual for recent notebooks not to have a full keyboard.
