    There's a thread in the press release board that talks about a poll by the New York Times about what if laptops are banned. Is that what you're talking about?

    I just came back from a trip - there are no US airlines banning any laptops.

    Qantas is what I was referring to. Well, at least they allow a 4 oz or smaller container of KY in teh USA to be carried on board. **** American and other TSAs.

    There's no mention of it on the Quantas website. The only news item I've read is that Dell batteries must be removed prior to boarding the plane. Where did you get your information?
