    Where is the remote slot for M1530?

    Yo. Just received my m1530 from the outlet. I didnt expect the machine to come with a remote, however luckily it did

    I always thought dell had a slot for the remote right? So it would be you know, portable, but I cant find the slot anywhere on the machine

    I see a small slit with a cap on it on the bottom left corner of my machine, I suspect that it is the slot I m looking for, yet I am too afraid that I will completely bust that bad boy because it's not budging when a lot of force is applied

    It's probably the right thing, but I d like to consult you guys first.

    You have to pull out the dummy card first. Push in to activate the spring.

    yep, right side. If you went on the dell website and stuff you might have seen a picture of it half way out. Just have to remove the placeholder thingummy.
