The "C/M" cover is the one I need. Any ideas?

I'm based in the UK if that's important.

    Cheers.

It's heavily scratched and slightly bent. I have no idea how though and am not sure if it's always been this way (Laptop is 3 weeks old) or if I did it. I only noticed when it caught on my legs when using the laptop on my lap.

No, I would call up XPS Tech support. The XPS support is top notch, with my old M1210, I called them a lot, and I never held for more then 10 minutes. They are very knowledgeable, and very, very helpful
