    Which university has the best discount?

    I know each university has a little different discount. Any 1 know off hand which university has the best discount? I found that list with a bunch of the Ids, wondering which one woudl be the best to use.

    We're not going to advise you on how to commit what amounts to a crime. I would guess that the discounts are all relatively similar anyway.
