I'm looking to purchase a new Vostro 1400 with Windows XP. Which wireless card would you recommend I get? I've heard that some people had some connectivity problems with the 4965. Here are the options listed on the Vostro:

    Intel PRO/Wireless 3945 802.11a/g Wi-Fi Mini Card [add $29]
    Dell Wireless 1490 802.11a/g Wi-Fi Mini Card [add $10]
    Intel 4965AGN Wireless-N Mini-card [add $35]
    Dell Wireless 1505 Wireless-N Mini-card [add $25]
Dell Wireless 1395 802.11g Wi-Fi Mini Card [Included in Price]

The Intel PRO/Wireless 3945 is a good ABG wireless card, never had any problem with mine over time on B and G networks (never tried A)

The most important thing to determine is if you feel you'll need a N card or not. If you don't then the 3945 is a safe bet and if you do then it's either the 4965 AGN or the 1505. Is the Dell 1505 a N card only or is backward compatible to G networks also?
