I only see "Tuxedo Black" on dell.com, is Matte what other countries Dell websites list it as?

And, what is it in reality, shiny black or matte?

I think it's Matte... The only shiny lid is the white one I think...

It's matte black. The new Inspirons have the same finish and they are listing it as a flat/matte finish.

But it's listed as "Tuxedo Black" on dell.com... what Dell sites describe it as "Matte Black"?

I'm guessing people aren't calling it "Tuxedo Black" because that's kind of a gimicky name, and "matte black" differentiates it from a shiny/glossy-type finish.

It's a microsatin finish, which I presume is like the sort of 'soft-touch' finish they put on some cell phones. (It feels a little.... rubbery almost?)

If it is like the M1210 lid then its going to be a fingerprint magnet; not easy clean as with a glossy surface.
