I am trying to configure a dell laptop with the discounts going on right now for the XPS. But for some reason the site wont load. I might get two pages in to where the laptops are but if i click on a specific laptop the site freezes. It has done this to me for about two weeks and i dont know how to fix it. I will go over a friends house and the site works fine. Any advice would be great.

    Peer Guardian?
    Adblock type program?

If you have anything like these try disabling them...sometimes they will interfere with certain sites.

Dell tends to ban IP addresses of certain customers who are suspected to be the homes of the employees that work for their competitors like HP, ASUS, etc. Are you one of them?

I'm jk. Adblocking software sounds right.

If you still are having problems. Do you have an extension called "NoScript"? If you do either allow dell.com or disable the extension.

Trying to see if ther are updated drivers for an XPS One (upgraded to E8400 CPU) but the Dell site download section never loads. It just reads "500 - Server Processing Error." At first I thought it was my browser, but I have tried it out at multiple computers, including the one at work. It has been a couple days now and if it's Dell's servers, I thought they would at least have it fixed by now. Is anybody getting the same message?
