I'm sure everbody has seen the deal at Costco for the XPS M1210...yet from the look of things...not many people have jumped the gun on this lappy yet... I ask... Porque?...

    * just out of curiosity... does anyone know the realistic time it will take Costco to send you the XPS after the day of purchase through their online shop? (boy...I best go back to school and work on me grammars and what nots...)

Well, I recently bought a 1705, so that's why I'm not buying another laptop. Dell had a ton of great deals on the 1505/1705 a couple of months ago, and we lucky purchasers can't afford the 1210. Now, if you would like to buy one for me, I certainly won't mind.... ;)

Because I was a late 710m buyer and I just didn't see the M1210 as a worthwhile upgrade so soon.

I'm thinking of getting the M1210 but I want to have better specs via the dell site as the Costco one is premade already.

I'm hoping it's not too long before the Merom / Core 2 Duo model is released.
    Is August a possibility?

personally, I like the M1210 looks, but I don't want another dell unless it is a latitude. Also, not a big fan of small screens.

Well I finally ordered mine today. I got it from a dell certifed vendor. They got me a discount of a couple hundred dollars, and since they're a prefered vendor, I should have it in 1-2 weeks. Yeah thats super fast, alot faster than a regular person could get. I cant wait.

Its a local company here in eagan minnesota, called caden company I believe. My mom knows about them from this other company they work with, who saved us about $500 on a new refrigerator. So I called em up and sent them my cart, with their cut included I saved about $500 on it. I think they're only here in minnesota, so you may not be in luck.
