    Why the heck do my power settings keep resetting?!

    I keep setting my advanced options under power settings to NOT require a password upon opening the lid of the computer to take it out of sleep mode, but the damned computer keeps resetting itself back to REQUIRING a password!

    How do I set it ONCE AND FOR ALL to stop using the welcome screen when I come out of sleep mode?!

    I use to have that problem too but I enabled it and then disabled it a couple of time and somehow it stopped. Wish I could be more help.
