    Why would a messenger bag have super delay?

    I was offered a free messenger bag on the 24th of July for a compensation for my 1721. It is now August 8th and still no bag. Granted my estimated ship date is slated for the 13 but seriously, the bag has officially taken longer to arrive than the laptop did. Why would a simple bag they probably have thousands of sitting around be taking so long? Anyone else get one, or waiting for one?

    i was offered a bag too but the case manager told me 3-5 days. he/she was very nice and responded all my reply in matter of hours and he gave me the bag i want. maybe the guy/girl that offers you the bag is not very willingly to give it to you?

    Yah one of the black and red messenger bags had an EDD of Sept 9th !! I got a different one that said it ships within 24 hours, and got it in 2 days. Obviously yours is simply on backorder
