Hi, I'm currently living on a campus dorm, and on Dell website it says that I may need to sign to get the DHL package. But because it won't be shipped directly to me but through the university, will I be able to get it?
    Thanks a lot.

The attendant will probably sign for it, same as they would in an apartment building. If not, they will leave a notice that you can sign and opt for delivery without signature.

I also live in a university form. I got a call today from DHL asking details about the hall I live in. They said they have been trying to deliver my package(just the lojack) for a few days now and have received no response. I told her the office is open from 9-5 pm and it's around the back of the building and that most courier services already know where it is. I also noted I've seen a DHL guy come in the building before...so I guess it's a new guy. If need be...I could come pick it up(eventho I'd prefer to pick my damn laptop up). She said they'll try again tomorrow then I'll have to arrange and come pick it up.

Now when my laptop comes and it doesn't come the very first day...I'm going down there to pick that sucker up! :D lol
