    Will Studio 14z be updated with new Intel CPUs?

    Subject line says it all... this is the "perfect" laptop for me, but I'd like to have a newer CPU. I may even buy two of these...

    Does anybody have any idea if/when Dell will refresh this model with the newer Intel CPUs?

    i'm hoping it's soon, but i think we've all been waiting ever since Arrandale was made available back in January.

    i agree tho, if Dell releases a version of the Studio 14z with a Core i5-520, then i'll buy one in a split second!

    the new Vostro 3400 is a nice alternative, but wish it was available with 1600x900 res screen.
