Hey does anyone know how often Dell gives out the 20% off coupons. I think I want to wait but I hope I wont have to wait too long because I would like to have the laptop by the time school starts this fall.

    mind the gap

I don'tknow when they'll have a 20 percent coupon again but right now they have a ten percent coupons and a lot of the laptops have cash off listed-------altogether, I am paying slightly less this week for the about same machine than I paid last week...........might want to try pricing before the 30th!

the instant rebates + 10% are really good deals right now. If a 20% coupon comes along be sure that they'll also take away the cash off. as of right now there are no plans for a 20% off coupon.

Dell is pretty cyclical with their discounts. Once in a while they remove all of the other bells and whistles and give you cash off in exchange. I wouldn't buy until the offers I don't care about are removed, which lowers the price. Dell tends to raise prices, and add features, then drop prices and take them away. As soon as you find just the right offers you want (so you have to put on as few upgrades as possible) pounce on the oppurtunity.
