    Hello,

I have an XPS 15 currently and could use a second laptop but I'd like a little bigger. They make an inspiron 5000 that some call the XPS 17 but it isn't and there is another model can't remember 710 or something like that sometimes called an XPS 17 but neither has the traits of the current XPS 13 or 15.

I'd like something slim, sturdy but light with a 17" screen. Most 17" laptops are rather heavy and thick. I'll be plugging it in most of the time so it gets 2 hours on battery I'll be fine.

    Hello,

I also would like to see a Dell XPS 17 slim and light ( under 6lb's if possible) although 6lbs would be ok I guess notebook with traits of the XPS 13 / XPS 15. I would like it to have almost no-brezel like those 1080p and 4k options and the most updated SSD's with options for a 2nd hard such as another SSD or 7200RPM 500GB, 1 TB or 2TB drive or some combination.
other features 12GB DDR4 RAM (that would be for a Basic configuration from there it would go to 16GB, 32GB 64GB (DDR4 RAM) 2 USB type-C/ Thunderbolt 3 ports and a USB 3.0 port can come with it. Also a good graphics near top of the line or high mid-range is fine with me, HDMI 2.0 port there are a few other things but those are the most important

Sadly however I don't think there will be a Dell XPS 17 inch notebook IMO the chances are very slim to none.
