I bought a Dell 1520 with 80G space, I want to upgrade it to a bigger HDD
I found two options on new egg both look tempting.

My current is this SATA hard drive: http://www.fujitsu.com/us/services/computing/storage/hdd/mobile/mhw2160bh-sata.html

and I want to buy either one of these:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822116044
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822145160

The fujitsu 160G one has 3.0G/s transfer speed, and its the same brand as my original hard drive.

but the Hitachi one has 200G space, same price and bigger cache etc. both are tempting products which one should I get? will they fit with my laptop?

Both the hard drives are 2.5" SATA hard drives. So YES , they will fit
your laptop. About which one to get, I say go for the 200 GB one.

Go for the Hitachi, it is a much better harddrive than the fujitsu.
Fujitsu is an enterprise harddrive manufacturer, known for good 15,000rpm harddrives.
Their notebook harddrives are not all that great. Stick with Hitachi, they make excellent laptop harddrives.
The 7K200 is exceptionally fast and quiet, and its fairly inexpensive.
I would wait a week or so, Newegg usually offers a $30 mail in rebate on harddrives. About 2 weeks ago, it was like $139.99 after rebate.

Keep an eye on the drive, and you will find a good deal.
