This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Personally, I think Greg made a typo. If I go to eBay and look at the E1505 cards, they don't look the same. The E1705 cards look much bigger. I've never owned one of these though, so I'd wait for Greg's input or for the input of someone else who's tried this switch.
