    I just got a dell laptop inspiron 9100 with P4 3.0 Ghz 800FSB ,512MB RAM (400 MHz),64MB Ati radeon 9700 and can anyone tell me if this configuration will work for some future games like DOOM III or HALF-LIFE 2?? thanks.

    sure it will, but id recommend if you can, that you change the video card to the 128 MB radeon 9700 wich is superior to the 64 MB

    The only way I can imagine is to send it back to Dell and they will charge you for the upgrade, although I am pretty sure you will be fine with your 64MB
