    Windows 7 (64-bit) and I8kfanGUI

    Just installed Windows 7 64 bit and now i've discovered that nightmare, I8kfanGUI won't install! (I need it to turn my fans to full when im gaming)

    I've found the 64 bit version on the website but when I install it I get the following error

    I believe that the driver is not signed perhaps? To check if this is the case, reboot your machine, but press F8 when booting so you get to choose from options such as starting up windows in safe mode etc. From that menu you need to choose "Start windows without driver signing enforcement" or something like that. Try to install and run I8kfanGUI again.

    If it works, then you can google ReadyDriverPlus. This is a program which automatically changes your machine to boot into this mode all the time, at the cost of a few seconds on your boot time.
